Urging the United States Congress not to relinquish to the office of the                                                        
President of the United States the legislative duty to safeguard one of                                                         
our most fundamental rights; and urging the President of the United                                                             
States to refrain from any further efforts to restrict ownership of                                                             
firearms, was enrolled, signed by the President and Secretary, Speaker                                                          
and Chief Clerk and the engrossed and enrolled copies transmitted to
